Minnesota Free Printable Labor Law Posters

The Minnesota Department Of Labor & Industry requires all Minnesota businesses with employees to prominently post a number of labor law posters, covering topics such as the minimum wage, health & safety, and other important labor laws, in the workplace. You can download or print all of Minnesota's mandatory and optional labor law posters on this page, free of charge.
Posters can be obtained in 5 ways:
1. Print the posters from this Web page; they are linked above as PDFs.
2. Order free, mandatory posters online at http://workplace.doli.state.mn.us/posters/
3. Call (651) 284-5042 to place an order by phone; outside the Twin Cities metropolitan area, call 1-800-342-5354.
4. Email a request to [email protected] that includes a business name, a contact name, mailing address and phone number, as well as the number of poster packets needed.
5. Send a request by mail to: CRT Poster Request, Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, 443 Lafayette Road N., St. Paul, MN 55155.

The Minnesota Department Of Labor & Industry requires that all employers post these six mandatory labor law posters in a prominant area within the workplace. Most Minnesota businesses will also need to post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory posters in addition to these state posters.
Minnesota law requires employers to display some state-mandated posters in a physical location where employees can easily see them. The posters provide safety, wage and age-discrimination information and are listed below. Posters are designed to fit and print on standard 8.5"" x 11"" paper.
