The Utah Labor Commission requires all Utah businesses with employees to prominently post a number of labor law posters, covering topics such as the minimum wage, health & safety, and other important labor laws, in the workplace. You can download or print all of Utah's mandatory and optional labor law posters on this page, free of charge.

The Utah Labor Commission requires that all employers post these four mandatory labor law posters in a prominant area within the workplace. Most Utah businesses will also need to post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory posters in addition to these state posters.
There are many posters that are required by state or federal law to be posted at your place of business. The Utah Labor Commission requires that employers post two notices: 1) Workers Compensation and 2) Occupational Safety and Health. As a courtesy, we are providing links and information about other required posters, but this list is not intended to be complete and there may be additional requirements for your type of business.
