The Iowa No Smoking Poster is a labor law posters poster by the Iowa Department Of Workforce Development. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Iowa, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
The Iowa Smokefree Air Act requires businesses to post “no smoking” signs at every entrance that must "clearly and conspicuously” inform persons that they are entering an area where smoking is prohibited, including entrances to outdoor serving and seating areas and in all vehicles owned, leased, or provided by an employer.
IA All-In-One Labor Poster: Instead of printing out dozens of posters, employers can also purchase an all-in-one poster that covers both Iowa and Federal poster requirements by clicking here .
