California Access to Medical and Exposure Records Poster
The Access to Medical and Exposure Records is a labor law posters poster by the California Department Of Industrial Relations. This poster is mandatory for some employers, including all businesses using hazardous or toxic substances.
This placard must be posted in a conspicuous place where all employees will see it in any industry that causes exposure to harmful or even toxic materials. The poster describes the rights to see the medical records, records of exposure to dangerous substances, and Safety Data Sheets of all employees in that establishment. Also displays area where records can be located at when filled in by employer or any person responsible for maintaining these records.
