California Stop Human Trafficking Poster
The Stop Human Trafficking is a labor law posters poster by the California Department Of Industrial Relations. This poster is mandatory for some employers, including farm labor contractors, hotels, other covered businesses.
This human trafficking poster includes hotline phone numbers that can be called or texted by those seeking to report or escape from human trafficking.
This notice is mandatory and must be posted by employers in certain covered industries, including farm labor contractors, hotels, motels, and bed and breakfast inns, massage parlors, truck stops, adult businesses, and other covered businesses in the state of California.
All mandated businesses must post this human trafficking poster in both English and Spanish. For businesses in certain counties, such as Los Angeles and San Diego counties, an additional language may also be required. The poster is available in Spanish and English only versions, as well as other languages, on the California Attorney General's website.
