Wyoming Non-Compete Clauses Poster
Required
The Non-Compete Clauses is a labor law posters poster by the Wyoming Department Of Workforce Services. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Wyoming, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
Beginning July 1, 2025, Wyoming will no longer allow most non-compete agreements. This means that workers can’t be restricted from pursuing jobs or earning a living because of these contracts. Any existing agreements that limit someone’s ability to work will also be considered invalid, with only a few exceptions.
