Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Benefits Poster
Required
The Unemployment Insurance Benefits is a labor law posters poster by the Kentucky Labor Cabinet. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Kentucky, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
This poster must be posted in a conspicuous place where all employees will see it. It describes who qualifies for unemployment insurance and how to file a claim for unemployment. Employees are also eligible for partial benefits if their hours have been reduced due to the lack of work available. All contributions to unemployment insurance must be paid by the employer and cannot be taken from an employee's wages.
