Kentucky Equal Employment Opportunity Poster
Required

The Equal Employment Opportunity is a labor law posters poster by the Kentucky Labor Cabinet. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Kentucky, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
This poster must be posted in a conspicuous place where all employees will see it. This poster describes the basis by which potential employees cannot be discriminated against. The act details that it is prohibited for employers to alter wages based on an employee's sex and are liable to penalties should they violate this law.
