Kentucky Workers' Compensation Posting Notice Poster
Required

The Workers' Compensation Posting Notice is a labor law posters poster by the Kentucky Labor Cabinet. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Kentucky, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
Posting this notice in a conspicuous place where all employees will see it is mandatory. This poster describes the rights that workers have and what to do if they are injured while on the job so they can get compensation for their injuries. Employees should notify their employers immediately after a workplace injury in order to obtain injury benefits. By law, employment supervisors must inform management right away of any workplace injury in order to report the injury.
