The Service Dogs Welcome Poster is a labor law posters poster by the Maine Department Of Labor. This is an optional poster, so while it is recommended that you post this if it is relevant to your employees, you are not required to by the Department Of Labor.
Official sign for businesses and workplaces specifying that while service dogs trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome as required by Maine State Law 5 M.R.S.A. § 4592.8, pets or "emotional support animals" are not allowed on premises.

Service Dogs Welcome trained to assist a person with a disability Dogs must be UNDER HANDLER’S CONTROL or can be asked to leave State Law 5 M.R.S.A. § 4592.8 NOT Allowed: Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort, emotional support or companionship do not qualify as service dogs with public accommodation under federal or Maine State law. NO PETS ALLOWED
