Indiana No Smoking Poster

Smoking is prohibited in most public places and places of employment. Smoking is also prohibited in state-owned vehicles and school buses under certain circumstances. Employers exempt from this law are horse-racing facilities, riverboats, facilities with a gambling license, cigar/hookah bars, fraternal clubs, retail tobacco stores, bars/taverns, cigar facilities, and businesses in private residences.
