Indiana Equal Employment Poster

The Equal Employment Poster is a labor law posters poster by the Indiana Department Of Workforce Development. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Indiana, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
This poster must be posted in a conspicuous place where all employees will see it under employers who employ six or more people. Under this law, the rights employees in Indiana have to be free from discrimination for hiring and in the workplace. Equal employment opportunity is expressed through the Indiana Civil Rights Commission.
