Colorado Notice to Employer of Injury Poster

The Notice to Employer of Injury is a labor law posters poster by the Colorado Department Of Labor and Employment. This is an optional poster, so while it is recommended that you post this if it is relevant to your employees, you are not required to by the Department Of Labor and Employment.
This poster, written in English and Spanish, is optional to post and describes what should be done by an employee should they get injured on the job, to report to their employer within a certain time frame after incident and that if an employee is injured by their use of alcohol or controlled substances on the job their workers' compensation may be reduced.
