This poster describes how the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act prohibits discrimination in places of public accomodation against individuals with disabilities, or individuals who are members of protected classes. State law defines "Public Accommodation" as "ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS engaged in any SALES to the PUBLIC and ANY PLACE OFFERING SERVICES, FACILITIES, PRIVILEGES, ADVANTAGES, or ACCOMMODATIONS to the PUBLIC".

A SER VICE ANIMAL MUST BE UNDER THE CONTROL OF ITS HANDLER AT ALL TIMES. THE HANDLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THE SER VICE ANIMAL, INCLUDING TOILETING, FEEDING, AND OTHERWISE CARING FOR THE DOG. A SER VICE ANIMAL MAY BE DENIED ENTRY IF ITS PRESENCE WOULD RESULT IN A FUNDAMENT AL ALTERATION OF THE NATURE OF THE ENTITIES’ OPERATIONS AND/OR MAINTENANCE OF A STERILE ENVIRONMENT .
