HANDWASHING *NOTICE* Employees shall keep their hands and exposed portions of their arms clean. Wash hands after each visit to the toilet & after any other probable contamination Employee Reporting Requirement All of the following illnesses must be reported to a manager: Diarrhea Fever Vomiting Jaundice (dark urine or yellow appearing skin or eyes) Sore throat with fever, or Lesion or wound containing pus on the hand, wrist or an exposed body part www.healthy .arkansas.gov
