Texas Whistleblower Protection Notice Poster
The Whistleblower Protection Notice is a labor law posters poster by the Texas Workforce Commission. This poster is mandatory for some employers, including public employers.
This poster, sometimes referred to as "You Have the Right to Not Remain Silent", informs public employees of their protections under the Texas Whistleblower Act should they make good-faith report of violations of the law by their employer.

NOTICE The Texas Whistleblower Act protects public employees who make good faith reports of violations of law by their employer to an appropriate law enforcement authority. An employer may not suspend or terminate the employment of, or take other adverse personnel action against, a public employee who makes a report under the Act. 7/12
