Ohio Smoke Free Workplace Law No Smoking Sign Poster Required
The Smoke Free Workplace Law No Smoking Sign is a labor law posters poster by the Ohio Department Of Commerce. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Ohio, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
Ohio's Smoke Free Workplace Act was implemented in 2006 and requires places of employment and public places to be smoke free. Every public place or place of employment must post no smoking signs at each entrance, which must include a toll-free number to report violations.
