Montana No Smoking Poster

The Montana No Smoking Poster is a labor law posters poster by the Montana Department Of Labor & Industry. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Montana, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
All enclosed public places and workplaces in Montana must be smoke-free, per the state's "Clean Indoor Air Act". Signage prohibiting smoking is required in these areas. Employers can provide their own signage, or free signs and stickers can be ordered through the Montana Tobacco Use Prevention Program.
