Kansas Free Printable Labor Law Posters Posters Kansas Hours for Minors (Child Labor) Poster

Hours for Minors (Child Labor) PDF

The Hours for Minors (Child Labor) is a labor law posters poster by the Kansas Department Of Labor. This is an optional poster, so while it is recommended that you post this if it is relevant to your employees, you are not required to by the Department Of Labor.

The notice has been updated with a new design and format. It now explicitly states that there are no hour limitations for minors aged 16 and 17, whereas this was previously implied. The section on work permits has also been removed. A web link has also been added for employers to access more information on child labor laws.
