This official poster by the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) E-Verify poster, titled "EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY - We Do Business in Accordance With the Federal Fair Housing Law", informs tenants and employees that "II is illegal to Discriminate Against Any Person Because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Handicap, Familial Status, or National Origin" for various real-estate transactions.
HUD-subsidized property owners MUST display this poster, as required by required by the Fair Housing Act and HUD regulations at 24 CFR, part 110. The poster must be displayed in a prominent location where tenants, prospective tenants, and employees can see it.
