Delaware Handwashing Poster
The Delaware Handwashing Poster is a labor law posters poster by the Delaware Department Of Labor. This poster is mandatory for some employers, including food establishments.
According to the Delaware Food Code, a sign or poster notifying food employees to wash their hands and must be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees made clearly visible. As an additional measure, these signs must also be posted requiring employees to wash hands with soap or detergent before returning to work.
