Alabama UC Partials Poster

The UC Partials Poster is a labor law posters poster by the Alabama Department Of Labor. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Alabama, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
This poster must be posted in a conspicuous place where all employees will see it and describes how employees can get partial benefits if working for less than usual weekly gross earnings for full-time employment. In addition, how long a claim can be made and a cap on how much can be earned in a week before an employer does not have to give partial claims is described in the poster.
