Missouri Earned Paid Sick Time - Spanish Poster

The Earned Paid Sick Time - Spanish is a labor law posters poster by the Missouri Department Of Labor & Industrial Relations. This is a mandatory posting for all employers in Missouri, and businesses who fail to comply may be subject to fines or sanctions.
Missouri has launched a new paid sick time program which this poster entails. Starting from May 1, 2025, Missouri employees will accumulate Earned Paid Sick Time at every 1hour for every 30 hours worked. Employers with 15 or more employees shall provide upto 56 hours of Earned Paid Sick Time per year, while employers with less than 15 employees shall provide upto 40 hours. All businesses are entitled to pay Earned Paid Sick Time except for retail and service businesses with less than $500,000 as their annual gross sales. This notice is available in English and Spanish.
